The Town of Georgetown has a 1992 Ford F350 Squad Truck for Sale.  This vehicle, which has 12,823 miles, was used as a utility / squad truck for the Georgetown Volunteer Fire Dept until it was replaced this year.  The engine is a V8 diesel, and the transmission is 4+R manual.  It starts and runs well but the inspection ran out on March 31, 2024.  The truck comes with everything pictured.  The utility body has some rust and there is a minor oil leak in the engine compartment. Located in the bed is a generator, unknown if it is currently operational.  This vehicle is being sold as is, where is and all Georgetown insignia MUST be removed from the vehicle promptly.

The Town of Georgetown is accepting sealed bids until Wednesday, May 1, 2024.  Please contact the Georgetown Volunteer Fire Department with any questions at 207-371-2772.

The Town Administrator will open all bids on Thursday, May 2 and the Select Board will award the chosen bid at their meeting on Tuesday, May 7 at 7pm.
